Clear all unnecessary items from furniture. Minimal groups of 3 to 5 items are more than enough.
Clear personal notes and pictures from refrigerators.
Rearrange furniture to make rooms appear neat and spacious. Usually we have too many pieces of furniture in a room.
Review each room and carry stuff off to storage.
Place lighting in great places to accent features of the home.
Curb appeal is also very important.
Discard unnecessary clutter and groom flowerbeds.
Look for dry rot and anything that will take away from a neat appearance of your property.
Check paint conditions especially around the front door area.
Remove excess planters, toys and dead shrubs.
